Gold Advantage Balance
- Reduced the strength of the Civilization advantage "Gold"
- Reduced values from 150/200/300 to 30/40/50.
It provided too much of an advantage and was almost always chosen.

- Province and civilization names now have a white text outline.
- Province names also have increased opacity for better visibility.
