Client Changes
- Added minimap and full map icons for same-team deployables, including landmines, turrets, and mortars.
- Added spectator HUD text that shows a player's name when aiming at them.
- Added bullet whizz audio when a shot passes close by.
- Reworked the C4 model and added fuse visual and sound effects.
- Improved turret team coloring so friendly and enemy turrets are easier to identify.
- The class select UI now remembers your last selected items.
- Free-to-play players can now preview DLC classes in the class select UI.
Server Changes
- Added a /landmines chat command that shows how many landmines you have placed.
- Added experimental crouch edge protection to help prevent falling off voxel edges while crouching. Server owners can enable it with sv.player.cc.crouch_edge_protection.
Gameplay and Map Changes
- Added the VX-4 Suppressed, a nearly silent weapon with no bullet trail or muzzle flash.
- Buffed the MP5 with a higher fire rate and larger magazine.
- Changed weapon spread so bloom grows only while firing and recovery starts only after firing stops.
- Fixed spread.speed.threshold so the first shots in a burst can properly avoid bloom.
- Players can now place at most one turret at a time.
- Random crate spawns are now 67% ammo, 28% health, and 5% blocks.
- All grenade items now have 3 uses.
- Default grenade does now more damage, and personnel grenade is renamed and does less damage.
- Landmines are now always an instant kill.
General Fixes
- Fixed rockets sometimes surviving weak impacts and floating instead of exploding.
- Potentially fixed the camera randomly getting stuck.
- Potentially fixed the jetpack fuel bar not rendering.
- Fixed an exploit where swapping away from grenades and back could bypass the normal throw delay.
- Fixed deployed mortars floating in the air after their supporting tower was destroyed.
