+ Added the configuration of the queryPort and steamPort ports in the server.json file (useful if several servers are hosted on the same IP)

- Fixed connection to a local server
- Fixed the Highway Code interface not displaying

Connection to TeamNova servers may not be possible under certain conditions, such as when disconnecting from a server. If this is the case, restarting the game will allow a new connection to be retained. We will improve this connection over time to eliminate this problem.
