So, guys, there were a few save loses due to the electricity problems and incorrect game shutdowns. When this happens, your save file fills with NULLS and I can't do ANYTHING with this, BUT I have made a backup system.
Explanation:
So, first of all, this thing was implemented in build 3229378 and if you lost your save before this build, I am really sorry about this, but it is impossible to restore any data... This system makes backups up to 3 minutes back in time. This was made just to be sure, that one of these saves will definitely work.
How to restore:
(For Windows. Can't really make a good guide for Linux)- Close your game
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer
- Type %AppData% into the address bar and hit enter
- Navigate back to AppData folder
- Navigate to LocalLow -> SaFiKiK -> Idle Hunter
- You will find there the list of .OLD files called AdvancedPlayerPrefs where is the amount of seconds elapsed after the save. Delete the AdvancedPlayerPrefs.txt file (IMPORTANT: .txt)
- Choose one of the backup files you want to restore from and rename it to AdvancedPlayerPrefs.txt
- Done. Now you can launch the game
- Type %AppData% into the address bar and hit enter
