PC OnlyFixes/Changes:
- Quest/Career Dialog UI's are now able to be scaled with the other UI
- Fixed some issues with cars on the Forest Location which will help with some pathfinding issues
- Better Resolution handling when pressing 'Restore Defaults'
- Fixed an issue with loading Mod textures
- Give better input on third career location if missing a bedroom setup
