Various improvements addressing newcomer feedback / difficulties with mining and the scooter.
Also a big refactor to the way the storage jobs system explores the network: it is aimed at stopping issues with massive network.

I addressed the hovercraft/scooter toppling off when unused:
Hovercraft computer: new Hover Pod Settle Time setting controls how long pods stay active after exiting the yoke, with stabilization during release.
Scooter base has been made more stable so it is less likely to topple off when exited.
new ballast block with a heavy weight, to fine-tune your weight distribution
Mining/Getting stuck issues
shows a popup warning if the player mines underground without a jetpack/jump-pack.
Terrain mining uses a larger spherical radius and overlaps neighboring octree nodes.
Faster mining in soil and rocks (ore is unchanged)
I made it easier to get out of any hole by jumping:
jump is a bit stronger
can jump from slope terrain
will walk steep slope for a short time
Overall I hope it will minimize the frustrating of newcomers getting stuck in hole they were digging.
Community Suggestion:
#7848 Hide Clear Rows buttons in survival to prevent accidental item drops.
Other Improvements:
Debug: terrain hit shows density lattice corners and cube edges at the impacted voxel.
Antigrav Tool: center of mass grab gizmo got pimped
Bugfixes:
Fixed world item pickup conflicting with multitool mining (vacuum grab and manual grab while mining rocks).
Fixed rock and ore mining health bar showing on world props that are picked up instead of broken into loot.
Fixed chained docking undocking the middle ship when a third entity docked to it.
#7849 Fixed yoke gimbal being applied to turret weapons activated through an event gate.
#7846 Fixed docking connector event gate not triggering HUD warning on dock/undock.
#7852 Fixed NullReferenceException when a ship repair beam heals bricks with stale collider data.
#7840 Fixed event gate outputting analog manual slider percentage instead of binary threshold state.
