Dear Florensians,
We would like to give you an update on the current situation:
At several IDCs of our provider OVH, a massive outage occurred at around 3am CET today. As of now the majority is powered back up but some are still missing.
In case of an outtake a power rescue system is usually in place , but for an unknown reason this has not worked.
Therefore, our whole system received an hard shutdown and with such a large environment as ours it will take a while to start up everything again.
Due to this unannounced shutdown, we have to check each of the systems for failures and unfortunately this is very time-consuming. Most likely you will be able to play again this evening.
We'll keep you updated on any changes and there will be an announcement as soon as you can play again.
