Low Magic Age Patch Notes — April 3, 2026

New Terrains and Features:
Shallow Water (4 feet): Cover (Attacker: -4 penalty on attack rolls, -2 penalty against Reflex saves; does not stack with other cover effects)
Small Tree: Light Cover (Attacker: -2 penalty on attack rolls, -1 penalty against Reflex saves; does not stack with other cover effects)
Light Undergrowth: 20% Concealment (Attacker: 20% additional miss chance)
Heavy Undergrowth: 30% Concealment (Attacker: 30% additional miss chance)
Added/Optimized Arena and Adventure Mode 1 Battlefields:
Increased battlefield types: 7 -> 23
Complex battlefield types progressively introduced with increasing levels

New Feats/Adjustments to Existing Feats:
Vital Strike
Deal twice the normal damage on a single melee attack. Half damage if missed.
Improved Vital Strike
The damage of Vital Strike is increased to 3 times.
Vital Shoot
Deal twice the normal damage on a single ranged attack. Half damage if missed.
Improved Vital Shoot
The damage of Vital Shoot is increased to 3 times.
Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting
You can make as many attacks with your off-hand weapon as with your primary weapon, using the same base attack bonus. You still take the normal penalties for fighting with two weapons.
(old effect: No penalty on attack rolls for fighting with two weapons, even your off-hand weapon is not light.)
Critical Focus
+4 circumstance bonus on attack rolls made to confirm critical hits.
Replaced pre-feat of critical series: Improved Critical -> Critical Focus
Removed Devastating Strike
