Whenever you queue for a season match, you will be placed into one of these scenarios no exceptions.

You do NOT need to own the Seafarer Expansion to participate
All you need is Player Level 5 and the participation fee
Once you complete your 3 placement matches, you are guaranteed to receive the 🎭 Jester Hat at the end of the season no matter what
