Seems like jumping was messed up on the Waterway. Should be resolved now!

I've rebuilt the game with an updated version of the engine used to make it. Confusing? Doesn't matter. Lil' Walker now walks as smooth as butter and that's all you need to know. Thanks guys, toodles~
