Tavern Tycoon - Dragon's Hangover Patch Notes — May 18, 2020

This update is continued effort to stabilize the last few dev build releases and also polish it at the same time. Some minor changes are not listed as it is trivial.
I am also prepping for a push down to Main Build. Hopefully I will be able to share the date soon.
- Fixed - Clerk accepting two guests to the reception desk at times.
- Fixed - Mail title clipping into the content if it is longer than a single line.
- Fixed - Level 8 events missing text.
- Improved - Staff history showing +0 figure.
- Improved - Performance improvement in heavy UI scenes.
