Hi there, Pilots!
We've been reading your reports on the connectivity issues plaguing your playthroughs recently on PS4 and Xbox - we’ve identified the possible key culprits behind these problems and we are currently investigating how to take care of these ASAP.
To share some light on the source of the problem, it seems there are differences in the Photon service between PC and consoles, one of them causing a randomized problem affecting connection time out’s and eventual disconnections from server.
We are diligently working to fix the above on our end and we are in direct contact with the Photon support team.
We aim to resolve these issues by the end of April. In the meantime, thanks a lot for your patience and understanding.
