Hello!
Bad news
We're sorry to say that we will need to postpone the 1.2 update until early next week due to personal reasons within the team that has gotten in the way of us releasing it this week and we are sorry for that.
Good news
We can however give you some good news as well! We have spent a lot of time and effort on this update, one of the things have been optimizing the game to run better on all computers. We can proudly say that you should be able to expect a 50-100% increase in fps! Lower spec computers will be able to run the game a whole lot easier than previously.
For example:
- We tested the game on an old laptop with a i5 2.5ghz cpu and a extremely crappy Nvidia NVS 4200M gpu. The game used to run at around 15-18 fps at the lowest possible setting. Now it runs at around 150fps while looking slightly better than previously!
- On a dekstop computer featuring a Ryzen 1700x cpu and a 1080Ti gpu, the game used to run at around 200 fps. Now it runs at around 350-400.
As you can imagine, that's quite a huge increase and we are very happy to say that the results have been very consistent on multiple computers. There's also a whole lot more graphics options available to fully configure the game to run as good as possible on your machine.
There's a lot more coming with the 1.2 update but this is one of the things we're really happy about!
We hope you are looking forward to this update as much as we are and we hope we didn't disappointyou by delaying the release for a few days.
Best of regards, PolyDigital
