New
Reworked sea experience curve
The overall requirement for level ups has been reduced by roughly 30% across the board
Experience granted by quests has been significantly boosted
The experience granted by all sea monsters has been adjusted to accommodate the changes
Overhauled party experience distribution on sea
Party experience now follows the same logic as on land with a few differences
The maximum level difference between a player and monster is set to +/- 14 levels
No penalties are applied for being above the monster level
The range at which party members share experience on sea has been significantly increased (previously introduced in 2.5.4). The range now roughly corresponds to the visual range at which you can see other party members (plus some buffer)
Added 3 new Hunter Quests for sea
Hunter quests range from level 40 to 53
They can be obtained from the NPC Aron in Cherrytown
Auto-learn skills on level up
All characters now automatically learn abilities when leveling up, no longer requiring skill books to be purchased and learned
Once the level and/or class requirement for a skill has been met, it will automatically become available to assign skill points to
On class-change, skills will also become available automatically
This feature applies to both land and sea
Skill books will remain available in-game for the time being. We will remove them at a later date
Players who are currently chat-banned will now be informed with a message inside the chatbox if they try to write a message
Changes
Character status points gained through sea levels are now capped at level 69. After level 69, no more status points will be granted. This change has been made in order to ensure a fair playing field for everyone, as levels above 69 cannot be reached "naturally" in-game at the moment.
For this purpose, affected players will have their status points reset
Please note that this is intended as a temporary balancing measure until the corresponding game content and natural progression paths for higher sea levels become fully available. No character progress or achieved levels are being removed, and no purchased EXP items are being deleted or invalidated.
The purpose of this adjustment is solely to maintain long-term game balance and a fair gameplay environment during the current stage of content progression. Additional information regarding future progression updates and the planned restoration of higher-level status point progression will be shared at a later time.
The spawn rate of high-level sea monsters has been increased. The spawn points of all monsters have been set around the island of Selina. The following monster spawns have been increased:
11x Bloodsea Detached Ship (level 54)
11x Broken Machine Ship (level 52)
10x Bloodsea Shark Magicship (level 48)
8x Merfolk Holy Knight (level 47)
9x Narwhale (level 45)
Updated the translation of all quests
The English and Turkish translations have been completely overhauled. Other languages have been partially updated as the full translation is still in progress. We will keep updating them as we go.
Removed the requirement to be in a party in order to accept the quest "The last of the Liches"
The duration of "Cry of Courage" can no longer be extended with the help of another player. Due to these changes, the skill has been slightly modified as follows:
Level 1:
MP:
378-> 325
Level 2:
MP:
485-> 430Cooldown:
30s-> 25s
Level 3:
MP:
595-> 535Cooldown:
30s-> 15s

Known issues
New characters are currently still receiving a land skill book upon creation, even though these items are no longer required
Quests tracking sometimes doesn't save over relog unless there's progress
DXVK state mismatches what's shown through in-game settings
Under certain circumstances, auto-quest tracking may behave weirdly
