Hello Operators,
We’d like to inform you that the refund issue has now been resolved.
You can now request a refund through Steam Support regardless of your playtime.
All refund requests will be processed sequentially according to Steam’s procedures.
If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Steam Support site at Steam Support.
- Select ‘Purchases’ > ‘View complete purchasing history’, then click on the transaction for Thunder Tier One.
- Select ‘I have a question about this purchase’.
- Enter your refund request message and click ‘Send’.
