If you feel you are low on Bits, now would be the time to change that circumstance as the Double Bits event just started. You will receive twice as much Bits from all defeated enemies throughout the duration of the event.
The Double Bit event will last the entire week, including the weekend and will be replaced next Monday by the Double XP event.
