Update on Unreal Engine 4.12, next patch
Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade News — August 24, 2016
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
We're still in the middle of updating to Unreal Engine 4.12 and clearing out bugs but preliminary results are quite interesting in terms of performance out of the box. The flipside is that we're still fixing system that broke by updating to Unreal Engine 4.12.
While this small pictures only tells part of a story, especially since we unlocked UE to go above it's 62FPS limit for testing purposes, you can see how things differ between builds and how individual cards can jump back and forth. The point where everything jumps up in FPS is the first 4.12 build.

We will keep on fixing the broken systems while others finalize implementation of new systems, such as the improved Advancement trees and release a patch next week. The meta-game team is also working on it's redesigned implementation which I find pretty cool but it's not slated for the next patch.
