Total Miner 2.20.7.1906, with animation additions, general gameplay fixes and tweaks is available for download.

Backup Your Save Directory Before Switching

Updated to .NET 8

Instructions

Right Click on "Total Miner"
Select "Betas" Tab
Select Drop Down & Choose Open Beta

What's Changed?

This update includes but is not limited to the following changes/additions/fixes:

Fixed: Plugins could not add custom NPCs.
Fixed: Incorrect sliding block (eg. teflon) collision.
Fixed: Mods not installing in certain cases.
Fixed: Texture Pack dropdown going offscreen in certain cases.
Fixed: Fixed One Way Glass texture visible on all sides.
Fixed: String seeds changing after game reload.
Fixed: Inventory screens breaking on season change.
Fixed: Spectating now shows NPCs around other players.
Fixed: Texture fixes (Jectz).
Fixed: Legendary now works in multiplayer.
Fixed: Multiplayer NPC targeting.
Fixed: Trees cut off at chunk borders.
Fixed: Some chunk meshes not loading.
Fixed: System component pack menu sometimes mistakes player component pack as system packs.
Fixed: Player input menu not allowing save after editing key.
Fixed: Attack node serialization.
Tweaked: Behaviour command can now only set behaviours for players in creative.
Tweaked: World browser menu no longer shows worlds on different version.
Updated: NPC Models & Animations
Added Workshop Support
- Some mods might not work due to targeting a different version of the game.
Added Lua functions:
- is_cursor_valid()
- get_cursor_point()
- get_cursor_face()
- get_cursor_distance()
- get_placement_point()
- add_flying_block()
- set_falling_block()
Added: New Texture Packs (The Map Cartographer)
Added: Survival Enemy Combat Rebalance
Added: Fire Burning and Ice Freeze effects for Players/NPCs.
Added: Fire and Ice Resistance/Vulnerability properties for Players/NPCs.
Added: Power and Accuracy properties for Bows.
Added: Multi-shot capability for Bows.
Added: Piercing capability for Arrows.
Added: Bow Range.
Added: Better XML mod error reporting.
Added: World player bans.
Added: Player-based economy shops.

Workshop Support

This public beta has support for the Steam Workshop, you can upload mods by clicking "Upload" in the mod info screen, and upload worlds by dragging them onto the upload button in the world browser menu.
