Ayo boyoz
Here is the promised Difficulty update with extra stuff included.
Some smaller updates will come out after this and before the Maps/Modes update.
Changelog:
- Added a Difficulty Settings menu
- Added 2 new enemy support units
- Added 2 Experimental Vehicles
- Reduced Mission 3 Airship health from 1000 to 400
- Added a laser pointer to the Mission 3 Airship to better show current target
The next update will be adding more weapons while also fixing some issues, such as the Windowed mode issue not saving your resolution.
I just wanted to get this out in the meantime because it's been a while since the last update.
Went through some gnarly shit the past month so I'm just grateful to be here at least lol.
Difficulty Update
The Difficulty Settings menu works like a mutator where you can toggle various values, thanks to Tarama for the suggestion.
These will change things like AI accuracy and range, remove fall damage, etc.
The new Units and Vehicles can be enabled in this menu.
Reminder that changing these will change the experience greatly from the default.
Hope this helps to better customize the gameplay to suit everyones play styles/expectations.
What's Next?
I'll be adding more weapons, fixing some issues and adding smaller things you guys have mentioned.
I'm 100% sure there are a ton of things I already forgot, but will scan through the discussions for all the suggestions and changes you guys mentioned.
When these are added/fixed I'll move on to the new levels and modes.
Conclusion
Hope things have been going well with you all, if anyone checks this out and finds anything busted please let me know.
