🎥 If the character a player is spectating dies, the camera now switches to a living character

🐞 Bug Fixes
⚠️ Sometimes items could disappear when switching them in passages and crawl spaces
🎮 Playing as Granny with a gamepad, it was impossible to attack with the bat
🛏 The camera wouldn’t rotate under the bed when controlled with a gamepad
🔨 If Granny killed a character under the bed, the item could fall beneath it and become unreachable
🌐 If a player’s game crashed in the lobby, they would still remain visible in the lobby list for others
📦 If a player died under the bed, the item could duplicate
