1.7 Flagship and many play mode changes

GameMode change:
1.Close strategy mode/Coop Mode/Catch ball Mode/Boss Mode,prepare for final version,improve Quick battle Mode
2.Quick Battle:
Add flagship with powerful manual skills(use key:Q E R),which has long cast delay.
Add wingman's AI mode:follow/auto/stay(use key: 1 2 3),can be used in TPS mode too.
Player need kill all enemies in PVE mode,and will fail when your flagship is dead.
In PVP mode,you just need to kill enemy's flagship
Weapons:
Bullet weapon changes:Low damage,can only blocked by Energy-Shield,good at attack enemy from behind
Missile weapon changes:High damage,ban be blocked by all defence devices
All weapons is redesigned,and most weapon has manual skill
Defence devices:
all defence devices generate a big energy shield instead of seperated ones.Manual skill will increase the shield for seconds.
Editor:
Add clip size/cast delay/damage per bullet to weapon attributes
3D sound effect
AI improvements:ships will not change target frequecely
Beam lengh bugfix
