A small fix that prevents you from saving when defeated
also a fix for the all secrets achievement
now you no longer have to beat the full game to get it
and once again I'd like to apogolise for implementing it like that in the first place
(i'm not sure what was I thinking)
(fix for the minifx: settings.conf was accidently uploaded - it was fixed now
but if you happened to download the patched build in this small time frame before
it was fixed - it might have caused something and I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience)
