Nocturia The Game Patch Notes — December 9, 2025
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.

Thank you so much to all our players.
We’ve listened to your suggestions and watched your gameplays. 👀
We’ve been working on improving several aspects of the game — and it’s all thanks to you! We hope you enjoy this update. 🙌
Nocturia is a first-person horror game where you play as a young child, and now it includes an update focused on better guiding the player, making the experience clearer ,yet just as unsettling.

Here are some of the improvements included:
🔦 Adjusted lighting
Now you can choose between the developer-recommended option or increase the brightness… if fear gets the best of you 😈
📝 More accessible hints in the pause menu
Some players prefer more “running” than “investigating”… so we added extra guidance for them.
And if you enjoy discovering everything on your own, feel free to ignore it.
🏃♂️ Less repetition and frustration
We reduced the duration of an escape segment that made many players fail and restart from scratch. We want tension, not tedium.
🌙 More clues in the backyard
Subtle additional hints to help solve the events and puzzles in the final stage more intuitively — many players were overlooking them.
🛠️ Small gameplay tweaks
Small details that add up to a smoother and clearer experience. Adjustments to timings, event and sound synchronization, and tweaks to some colliders and action triggers.
📖 Pause during the credits
We added a pause during the credits so you can calmly read the final events narrated through the journals, if you’d like to.

We hope both new and returning players enjoy the experience even more, uncover those hidden details… and keep surviving the darkness 👻
