Pirate Fighting Simulator Patch Notes — December 10, 2025

Update 13
- By default you now spawn in a ship and shoot over to the island, but you can turn this off in the game rules.
- Changed a few textures on the maps
- Ammo crates now use the same in world interact button UI as the cannons
- Instead of an invisible wall there is an out of bounds zone except for on boats
- Slight change to respawn menu UI
- Added a Killfeed
- Fixed the 'New Pirate' Achievement
- All cannons now have a far larger degree of turning
- On christmas maps there is a chance that the evil pfs christmas bloke will spawn mid match
in the 'steam > pfs > properties > betas' tab there is a branch to the previous version if this one ends up being too buggy but let me know if you see any.
also I was gonna add a brightness setting because some of the themed maps are quite dark but there were a few problems with it and I wanted to get the update out so I can focus on other stuff. merry pfsmas!
