Hello Builders,
Today is not only patch day, it's also new PTS day!
We're launching a new Public Test Server session, allowing you to test vehicle modding for the first time in Roadcraft. We'd very much like your feedback on it. We've attached a tutorial for vehicle modding here.
If you own the Roadcraft base game, the PTS should already be in your Steam library.
This PTS also includes various fixes and device optimization. Here are the full patch notes:
🆕New Feature
Truck Modding — a new special tool that enables the creation of custom vehicles for RoadCraft -> Check out a tutorial here
🔧General Fixes
Progression
Fixed an issue where ghost buildings were already placed, preventing players from delivering resources
Fixed a road planning issue where the option could not be selected if the completed requests window was open
Fixed an issue where facility areas were partially located outside the main recycling zone
Fixed an issue when ghost buildings were functional before demolition and construction completion
Stability
Improved overall build stability for Mod Editor Scene
Visual
Fixed an issue where tree leaves changed from red to green at close distance at Autumn Collapse map
UI / UX
Fixed an issue where the prompted key “G” did not open the PROS linking window
Fixed an issue where the toy track counter displayed incorrect values after loading into a scene
Devices
Fixed an issue where steering wheel gas and brake pedals were mixed up
Known issues:
Builds with the Mod Browser may freeze while updating the downloaded mod list
Thrustmaster Farmstick currently works only in Work mode
