Async Loading
There has been confusion about whether the game is loading or frozen, so we have put in the effort to make most of the loading asynchronous with a progress bar so you can see what's going on.

You Died
Also added a death menu so you have the option to go to main menu after you die rather than having to wait for the level to load again.

Infection screen effect
Improved infection death
Fixed Caleb's arm getting stuck in ceiling
Delayed Grinner spawn until 2 minutes if you don't have any progression items to allow for more initial exploration
Madness eyes spawn more frequently
Improved vending machine and added pills
Grinner and trolley much quieter audio detection levels
No gore grinner death where apple replaces heart
Fixed grinner entering into most safe areas
Fixed ceiling problem in backrooms
Grinner audio has shorter range
Vacuum doesn't miss small fungus any more
Fixed flooded in backrooms
Fixed infinite scrolling in menus
Dropping hazmat suit now dequips it, also dequips if you start level without it
Hazmat suit can become bloody
Hazmat no longer makes you stop wearing clothes
Other Changes
Improved level load times with many custom mode entities
Fixed custom mode causing level to fail generating
Fix multiple entities triggering death cutscenes
Optimized collisions in Classrooms
Removed endless mode and chewtopia VHS tapes from random loot
Mic low latency mode stays visible if mic is disabled
Equipment now displays use button when equipment is out
Fixed arcade and chewtoia announcements missing
Fixed Joey broken in certain Pool/Playrooms
