📢 Factional Pardon
To provide an organized process for users who have acquired characters with factional backgrounds, a pardon request process will be available.
📅 Schedule
• First Friday of the Month (EVERY TWO/THREE MONTHS): Applications will be received at https://soporte.ao20.com.ar, selecting Factional Pardon (Navy) or Factional Pardon (Legion) as the category.
• Saturday: Review of applications and confirmation of eligible users.
• Sunday (9:00 PM to 10:00 PM): Pardons will be distributed to authorized users. (If you cannot attend during this time but have received confirmation of your pardon, contact the relevant department to coordinate a time.)
⚠️ Applications submitted outside of the established deadline will not be considered and must wait until the following month.
📜 Exception: Characters expelled from a faction will only be eligible for the benefit if it is proven that they were acquired by a new owner different from the one originally sanctioned. Each case will be evaluated by the Administration.
🎟️ Important: The pardon will be processed using gold tickets, following the same method used for previous pardons.
