Quick little fix for some reported issues over the past week.

Server Owners: Restart your server to pull the latest patch
Patch 1.04.A Fixes
- Fixed horse and vehicle exploit
- Fixed new crafting duplication methods
- Fixed zeeks attacking base walls
- Scrap Cars no longer respawning in areas they shouldn’t be
- Tweaked structure health visual overlay to appear at 50% instead of 75% and range at which it is visible
- Weapon Break ON/OFF functioning as it should be
- Vehicle Muffler noise attenuation has been fixed
- Sharpening Stones and duct tape now have their own animation sound
- Resourceful building UI correctly reflects needing “1” of unique items instead of “0”
- Rain collector-to-bottle ratio math recalibrated
- Rain collectors now spoil in all slots instead of leaving the last one fresh
- Standardized auto-sort icons between inventory, vicinity and containers
- Prevented overlap of storage container renaming field preventing auto-sorting
- Adjusted Ctrl-LClick holding function when transitioning items between container, vicinity and inventory
- Check added for Doc not appearing after acquiring his Blood Bag quest for hosted multiplayer and dedicated server play
- Small performance change to in game shadows
