Summer Double XP Event
Greetings Abalon fans!
I'm kicking off another Double XP Event for you this summer that will run from June 22nd to July 9th. This event bonus also stacks with your additional XP bonuses you've earned completing adventures with multiple Summoners and gaining the "Master of Many" achievements.
Official Abalon Wiki
I've received many player requests from our community here on Steam and Discord for an official Abalon wiki. Today, I'm pleased to announce the official launch of the Abalon Wiki on our website at: https://d20studios.com/wiki/.
Development of the wiki became the personal project of my son, Wesley, who took it upon himself to document virtually every aspect of the game including cards, encounters, maps, shops, strategies and more to fulfill the many player requests asked on our Discord. So, be sure to give him a warm thanks and let him know if there's anything still missing you'd like to see.
If you're interested in putting together your own strategy guides for the Wiki, Wesley can also help get you authoring privileges so we can continue to expand and improve the resources available to our community.
Season 6 Legendary Leaderboards Update
I'm excited to share we have nearly 20K players participating in Season 6 already, with still over 6 weeks to go! For reference, Season 5 had 28K players, and I anticipate we'll break the record :) I'm grateful to see all the activity and enthusiastic support for each others' growth in the competition in our Discord.
Special congrats to our top players who have cleared Descent 20 and defeated the game's final boss! I've enjoyed your feedback on the experience and glad that I could provide a worthy challenge. I'm already cooking up new ideas for how to further push the bar in Season 7. Speaking of...
Coming Soon
I'm concurrently working on two major features for Abalon's next big update:
- Asynchronous Multiplayer - Play PvP and Coop multiplayer battles with other players using Steam turn notifications so you can play at your own pace.
- Caves Expansion - A new DLC that will introduce the cave biome, new encounters and bosses!
My aim is to deliver at least one (hopefully both) of these features in Season 7 which kicks off in early August. There will be some beta opportunities prior, so stay tuned if you're eager to participate in those.
I've also been reviewing all of the player feedback and QoL suggestions (in game, Steam forum, and via Discord) and will be doing my best to implement as many of these suggestions as I can in the coming updates as well.

But the best thing you can do to help support the continuing development and growth of the game is to simply write the game a review :)
