To all SANABI fans,
Thank you for your continued support and passion for SANABI.
We deeply appreciate the creativity and enthusiasm of our community. To help fans create and share their works with confidence, we have established the following Fan Content Guidelines.
We hope these guidelines support your creative activities and help foster a positive and enjoyable community for everyone.
1. Scope of Fan Content
For these guidelines, "Fan Content" refers to original works created by fans based on SANABI, including its game content, characters, world setting, music, and other related elements.
(Examples of Fan Content include: Fan art, Comics, Cosplay, Videos, Music covers etc.)
2. Fan Content Activities
Fan Content may be created and shared only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Company may consider the following activities to be commercial use and therefore subject to separate authorization:
Manufacturing or selling merchandise
Providing content through paid services or paid access
Using SANABI-related content for corporate, business, or brand promotion
Any other activity that the Company determines to be commercial in nature
However, small-scale production and distribution conducted as part of fan or hobby activities (such as personal merchandise creation or participation in fan events) may be permitted as an exception.
The Company reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether an activity falls within the scope of a hobby or fan activity. If the Company determines that a use is commercial in nature, it may request that sales, distribution, or related activities be discontinued.
Please note that the Company is unable to provide individual determinations or detailed criteria regarding what qualifies as a permitted hobby activity.
3. Prohibited Content
All Fan Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws, and must not violate public order or accepted standards of decency.
In particular, Fan Content must not include:
Content that may seriously harm the image, reputation, or integrity of SANABI or its related content
Content that violates any law or infringes upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, hatred, or derogatory treatment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Excessively violent, sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise offensive content that may cause significant discomfort or distress to others
Content that could reasonably be mistaken for official SANABI content or content endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the Company
Any other content that the Company determines to be inappropriate
4. Rights and Content Removal
All rights, title, and interest in SANABI and its related intellectual property remain exclusively owned by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to request the removal, suspension, modification, or discontinuation of any Fan Content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Creators are expected to cooperate promptly with such requests.
5. Other Notes on the Use of Guidelines
These guidelines may be amended, revised, or updated without prior notice.
Additional policies may apply to specific situations at the Company's discretion.
