Attention, freelancers!
This is a bit of a smaller update, but it comes with an important fix and also a simple yet large balancing addition along with a few other quick changes that affect balance. Check out the change notes below!

BETA Update 1.100.1 Change Log:
Bug Fixes:
- FIXED a bug that caused the menu to freeze when you used the Shortcut item to cure all addictions
Changes & Additions:
- Added surprised status effect (Only for enemies - this makes them completely unable to act on round 1 of combat - intended to better simulate when the player catches enemies off guard/ambushes them --- this should help give a much larger advantage in those situations and give more of a reason to choose this path)
- Updated the status effect overview guide
- Updated all encounters that have the possibility to surprise the enemy - all the enemies present will now start with the surprised status
- The enemy group in Redshift's personal quest now begins combat with the Shock status just like how it works for Chronic's personal quest
- Added new status effect icon art
- Various other minor tweaks and changes
