Due to severity of this bug that was found I decided to release the fix ASAP.
- Pressing ESC key and going to Main Menu during building tutorial will result in being stuck in hard pause without being able to open any tabs. Same situation would happen in later stages, anytime while opening Main Menu in Build mode, player would be forced to re-load build menu
