ROG CITADEL XV Patch Notes — May 18, 2022

Hi Gamers,
It has been brough to our attention that a few users have been facing some issues in participating in the SCAR Runner giveaway launched on May 17, 2022. We have since then worked to resolve these issues; however in the event you may encounter an issue, we have pointed out the issues below and how to handle them:
1. Authentication
All of the Steam actions on Gleam will require the user to authenticate their accounts via the Gleam.io Steam app.
2. Limited Profiles
If you are seeing this error you will need to ensure that your Steam profile is not Limited and that your profile does not look like it is created just to redeem free keys or enter competitions.
3. Private Profiles
Steam limits access to the Web API for users with limited profiles. Users with limited profiles will not be able to complete certain actions.
4. Steam API
We had originally asked users to play ROG SCAR Runner at least 0.2 hours to qualify for the giveaway, however because Gleam seems to have issues accurately counting the playtime for this DLC, we will be switching this requirement to “play ROG Citadel XV (main game) at least 0.2 hours to qualify for the giveaway.”
Those who have already played SCAR Runner and finished this task on Gleam will still have their entries counted in. Gleam giveaway
