Hey Chefs!
Thank you for all the feedback, reports, and patience following the latest update. Over the past few days, we've been investigating a major performance issue that affected some PCVR players and we're happy to report that a fix is now live.
Our team identified a conflict involving the Anti-Aliasing override and Pixel Density settings. Under certain hardware and configuration combinations, this bug could cause severe frame rate drops, stuttering, and even unexpected crashes during gameplay.
Today's hotfix resolves this issue and introduces additional optimizations aimed at improving overall stability and performance.
What's Included in This Hotfix?
Fixed a conflict between Anti-Aliasing override and Pixel Density settings
Improved performance and frame rate stability for affected PCVR setups
Reduced the likelihood of crashes caused by the graphics settings conflict
Added a dedicated Anti-Aliasing option to the Settings → Video menu, giving players direct and safe control over the feature
We know how frustrating technical issues can be, especially in VR where smooth performance is critical to the experience. We sincerely apologize to everyone who encountered these problems and appreciate all the reports that helped us track down the cause.
The update is available now. If you were experiencing performance issues, please jump back into the kitchen and let us know whether things have improved on your setup.
Thank you for your continued support, and we'll keep working to make Cooking Simulator VR Enhanced the best experience possible.
See you in the kitchen!
