Hello,
Thanks to the work of some players, the game is now available in 2 more languages: Portuguese (BR) and Russian.
If you also want to help bring the game into your own language, feel free to head out to Localizor and start translating!
I also took the opportunity to push some bug fixes. I haven’t had as much time to work on the game lately, but Space Gladiators has already been in Early Access for more than a year now which is way more than I originally planned.
I still want to add some things but overall I’m pretty happy with the current state of the game. I think 1.0 is not that far off.
I know some of you are hoping for more stuff like mod support, customized runs and such. It might come later but I can’t really promise anything there.
The game has evolved way past its original scope and wasn’t supposed to include modding & stuff, so some of these functionalities would probably be way too hard to implement into the current codebase. I’ll only know for sure if I get the time to look into it more deeply though!

- Fixed some item descriptions.
- Fixed a bug where the Spiky Shield perk’s base damage was 1 instead of 20. (3)
- Fixed a bug where Spicy Food had only a 5% chance of activating instead of 25%. (3)
- Having multiple Spicy Food items can now create multiple poops (each with a 25% chance) with one downward attack instead of increasing the % chance to create 1 poop.
- When starting a new run, the character selected by default is now the last character you played. (4)
- Fixed a bug where the map would sometimes show inaccessible rooms.
- Fixed a bug where the specific arena rewards that spawn for Zombide weren’t in priority for his current whip’s color when they should have been.
