Balance changes
-lowered overall damage past level 1 proficiency by 50% to make it fair to point oriented players.
-lowered stamina gained per level from 20 to 15
Fixes
-supposedly fixed the problem where denying matches subtract BP from other leagues.
Note: This is a very small update I decided to make because I've started to notice some players that are suffering from some mechanics because they are simply not aware of it. Thank you all for the feedback!
